WHEN IT COMES TIME TO BRING THE NOISE FOR A WORKOUT, ASSESS YOUR TOLERANCE BY TAKING ½ SCOOP PRIOR TO TRAINING. ONCE YOUR TOLERANCE IS ASSESSED MIX (1) SCOOP WITH 4-6 OUNCES OF WATER 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO TRAINING. DO NOT EXCEED (1) SCOOP IN A 24-HOUR PERIOD.

Why So Popular??????

Taste was putrid and I had to chug a super coffee 45 minutes after consuming to get any sort of kick. I tried something other than Pre-Kaged but I won't try that again. This product gets points for not adding artificial color, but those points are quickly removed again with them adding maltodextrin back in. Pre-Kaged is clean and the label is transparent.

HORRIBLE

I have never tasted anything as bad as this. I got the strawberry kiwi. I didn't get the energy from it that I get from Bucked Up either. I gave the whole thing away b/c I cannot drink it.

5/5 workout

As a former employee this was our top seller- great pump/blood flow/concentration. This is for someone who is looking for more weight lifting than cutting. But can be used for both.

A must have.

I love this preworkout. It is by far my favorite of ALL the ones Ive tried for pump purposes. Im not concerned about the energy aspect as I am the pump and this product gives skin stretching long after the gym lasting pumps. 5 stars all day.

Good stuff

I bought this brand not expecting much, I had been using Woke af and the store near me didn’t have any in stock at the time so I was recommended Total War. This stuff is the real deal! I plan on sticking to this item until I find the next best thing. Also I found this product more effective when I mixed it in the bottle rather than dry scooping.
