It helps me sleep
I like taking this at nighttime. My only concern is if I am taking too much Magnesium by taking this product and other supplements that are also Magnesium. I sent letter to my doctor for answers but I have been taking this for a while now and I like the taste and it helps me sleep solidly. I wasn't sure if 2 chews could be taken at the same time or not or if they have to be taken hours separately; I'm still waiting on an answer about that.

Magnesium is a supplement I've take regularly for years now, most people tend to be deficient and it just helps me function at optimal levels.Force factor never disappoints my inner child with their variety of tasty flavors and simplistic chewy servings?. Best Answer: The form of magnesium used is magnesium phosphate.
The directions are to take 2 per day. My question is Can they be taken at the same time or must they be taken like 8 hours apart? I have been taking 2 per night before bed. Is that safe?
