A freind from work started taking Vit. E at 200 for her skin. She said as she has gotten older she has suffered for infamatory issues and her skins color is unever, shows signs of inflamation of puffiness. She told me her trained/Nutricist had recommended to her. What exactly does this product do? I like to have the facts before adding something else to my regime. Thank-You, Denise

Best Answer:  This product is part of a regimen I am using in connection with mild myelin sheath degeneration. It is an antioxidant which is supposed to keep essential fatty acids from becoming oxidized.
I will not know if the regimen is successful until another neurological exam, but I have not observed any ill effects.
