It's good, but I'd really prefer it to be in a dissolvable, under the tongue format like other B-12 supplements. It takes a weird amount of time for lozenge to break down. Not super long, but too long.

  According to the label it contains no animal derivatives, so should be fine for vegans.

  Sorbitol can be derived from seafood. So, unless it specially says vegan it on the label and it doesn't. I would assume that it is NOT vegan. I do not eat meat and have taken this product for years without any problems. But I am not vegan.

  Mine were labeled Black Cherry Flavored, and they did have a slight cherry taste, but very subtle, not at all strong or overpowering.

If you eat 2 meals per day, will you have to take the same amount of lozenges as suggested?

  I think that the amount you take has to do with what your body needs not how much food you consume - so, yes, I would think you would use the same dose.

  How much B-12 are you consuming in those two meals? And how much is absorbed? Have you levels checked, then decide how much you need.

  Yes, All B vitamins are water soluable, also in order to get the same amount of B12 from food you would need to eat a large amount.

Does this product contain MSG? I am very sensitive and normally anything that says "natural flavors" (like the "natural cherry flavor" in this product)sets me off.
