A Great One a Day Multiple Capsule
Because I take a lot of supplements that are specific for my issues, or something I want to work on health-wise, when it comes to a Multi I really only need a complete one-a-day. This one covers a lot of basics, and includes an antioxidant blend (you can't get too much antioxidants these days!), and Superfood Powder, as well as Eye Health Blend (because I wear glasses I like to get eye health support, and my doctor notices my eyes are degrading like most of his patients). Easy to take in capsule form, because when you take a good variety of supplements, capsules are easier to swallow. Love it!

Easy to take multi-vitamin

New Formula Not Allergen Friendly
These were great until they changed the formula. They used to be tree nut free, but they changed the formula and now I can't take it because I am allergic. I don't know why they would add a known allergen to the product.

Best women's multivitamin
These are the best! All other multivitamins I've tried make me very nauseous and sick to my stomach. Almost like a stomach bug. These are the only ones I've tried that do not have that effect. I have more energy and my Dr is impressed with the amount of vitamins in this. Absolutely recommend!

I felt so much better taking this but it makes me so nauseous. I've always struggled with vitamins and typically use vitamins in gummy form to alleviate this issue. Would love to see this in gummy form

Doesn't upset tummy, more sustained energy!
Been taking these for about 3 weeks. Doesn't hurt my sensitive stomach! Energy has increased a lot, something I struggle with. I no longer have to have caffeine through the day. Not sure what it's doing but I feel much better.
