Finally found something that works
I've tried several different brands of collagen, keratin, calcium supplements as my nails are soft, razor sharp and split on the ends. After one bottle of this, I thinkI could use my thumb nail for a screwdriver, it's so strong! My hair has been thinning (I'm 70) but I was more concerned about my nails so I haven't paid as much attention and can't comment on that yet but if anything it's better, in that regard and not worse. I'm happy the serving size is only 3 a day and not 6 like the last supplement I was taking. 5 stars for this.

Best supplement for hair length retention.
I have low porosity hair with curl patterns varying from 2c to 4c. Length retention has always been my biggest issue. I first started taking this during the pandemic (top of 2020). The benefits I noticed were my edges on my right temple filled back in. By October of the same year my hair was past my bra strap ( I started with a very short uneven bob). Uncontrollable Shaking
I began getting the shakes really bad. I would take them in the morning after eating breakfast. The shakes were uncontrollable, and after 3weeks of taking them, I skipped a day and didn't have any issues. I've decided to stop taking them.

Will Never Run Out Again
I love this product. I have been using for about a year. I really see the difference in my hair. I take twice a day. I had searched high and low this month for it, and found 3 bottles at The Vitamin on Camp Creek. The last three on the shelf at that. So today I signed up for auto delivery. Great product that works
This product is incredible! My baby hairs are very visible. My hair is so long and soft. I Changed several things with my hair care routine, switched out shampoo to Head and Shoulders, used hair oils every other day before I washed and took these pills right here. My hair does not fall near as much as it used to. I look at my brush and can't believe the difference. These pills also do not cause tummy ache, I take these with a crackers or after a meal just to make sure.
