Capsules are too big for my throat
I only gave 3 stars because these capsules are tooooo big for me to swallow. I have to open the capsule in order to use it. And then it tastes absolutely awful. However, I do feel a little more energenized in the morning after I take it at night.

Love these!
I was starting to feel "waves of tiredness" come over me. I knew I needed to restart vitamins again. This is what I chose. Since then, those spells have passed, almost maybe a week since starting on them. That was probably about a year ago. Been taking these ever since.

Seems to work well!
This agrees with my stomach (which is somewhat particular), and this multi seems to keep me healthy, I'm happy with the extra B12 and D3 dosage! Please continue to make this available, thank you!

Great vitamin, no after taste.
I love these vitamins. I have been taking them a few weeks now and can absolutely tell a difference in the way I handle stress and things that would normally upset me. I will definitely be recommending these.

horrible taste
I do not like the taste of these at all. The pill is very big and the taste stays with me of hours even after having it after a full meal. I am going to attempt to return these to the store. I felt to boost in energy.

A difference after just two weeks.
Only been on these for a little over 2 weeks got some for both my mom and I.
My mom is 80 and I'm 63.
We both definitely seem more energized on our walks and my stress level has dropped drastically in the last week according to my Fitbit Versa 3. Seems like all it's missing is Calcium and Iron which you take separately anyway.
Pretty happy with it so far.

Best Answer:  Just a matter of space. To get the recommended amount of calcium takes up enough space that most people take a separate supplement as their calcium source outside of food.
