great b-complex!
I have the MTHFR gene mutation, so the wrong kind of B supplements can sometimes give me unpleasant side effects. I've been able to take this particular B complex without any issues. The doses are rather large*, so I only take one a day in the AM. I've been feeling better, calmer and my sleep seems to be improved. (I've been taking this for over two months which is long enough for me to know for sure that I like it.)

Too much
Felt like it was too much for me, I felt worse taking it. Looking at the label I wish it just had lower amounts of the same b-vitamins. Even pushing a lot of water my urine was neon yellow ALL DAY. Possible it's just my bodies metabolism, but this wasn't the product for me.

The Difference is Insane
I'm a very tired person and I find it very hard to gather the energy to do anything. I believe it has something to do with my stress, but not entirely too sure. My friend recommended this supplement to try and noticed the difference gradually over time. I take it as recommended and it helped me get a lot of things done throughout the day. I didn't realize how much effects it really had on me until I skipped taking it for one day. Definite night/day differences. Now have it set up for auto-delivery!

To me BOGO ment you buy one and get one free. I failed to take a close look at your advertising, there is a colorfull tag that says BOGO above the product but to the right it says BUY ONE, GET ONE 50%off. Ok my bad for not seeing that at the time of purchase, but why then was I not offered the 50% off a second bottle at checkout? A little confussing for an old man. Hope it works for me!

I ca fell the difference!
I've taken other brands of vitamin B complex. This is the first one, however, that I can personally feel the difference in how my body responds to it.

Please don't take this!
Please be careful with this product. I developed horrible burning sensations in my back plus numbness and tingling in my legs. Turns out I was toxic from the B6 in here. They should use only P5P which is the nontoxic form of B6 but this also contains pyridoxine which is a neurotoxin in high amounts. Look it up and you will be surprised the damage it can cause!

Show me the size of pill
I wish you would include an indication of the size of the tablet or capsule. For example, a photo of a few pills on the table next to the bottle, or next to a quarter or penny for scale. Or do as CVS does, and put circle or oval shape on the bottle and on the web page. These are good vitamins but the capsule is so large it is difficult to swallow, and I would rather take two smaller ones than one huge one.
