Not for everyone.
My Dr told I should change my multi-vitamin every once in a while so I decided to try these. I started taking them 4 days ago and have been nausea each day. I stopped taking them yesterday, and feel better today. I called the company and gave a lot number, but they didn't seem so interested.

Make sure you take on a full stomach, although that didn't seem to matter for me.

I think I'm going back to my Centrum Silver.

This vitamin mist dissolve quickly because it does mot cause nausea when taken on an empty stomach.

Best multivitamin for women 55+
I am a 70 yr old woman and take Womens multi for 55+, Bone strength, Wholemega fish oil and Zyflamend. At this point, I have been using New Chapter vitamins and supplents for 5+ years. I have arthritis in my feet and Zyflamend most definitely helps me deal with it. I walk 3+ miles a day and am still working full time. In my experience, it takes at least 2 months to get these vitamins and supplements into your system once you begin taking them. I also recommend getting regular visits to a good acupuncturist and meditating 30 minutes per day. Working for me so far!

I was using this for a year and I liked it, but now I'm not using it anymore because it's not working good as it was before and the color change to orangey color, I think they might of changed the recipe.

Love these multiples??
I have been using this product about 6 months. I love taking 1 daily versus 4 ( my old multi). I've noticed these are much higher quality and love the information New Chapter gives for all their products. ??

Okay ingredients, 24 tabs?!
I have tried the daily multivitamin for a week and I don't really feel any difference. The ingredients are okay, I like that they have fermented foods. I dislike that gums were added to the multivitamin.

For some strange reason, there are 24 tablets in the bottle instead of standard 30.

Taste is okay, not the best, but you can just quickly swallow it.
