      Women of certain age (55+) can enjoy holistic healthy nutrients in each pill to address brain and body. I enjoyed knowing this iron-free supplement is heart healthy while boosting immunity through vitamin C while also including minerals to help with such things as stress, balancing mood, brain function, and digestive health.

      They Are Worth It!

      Started taking these vitamins about a week ago. I did notice a marked, positive change in my energy level. As an older (not old!) woman, I can definitely take advantage of the benefits these vitamins provide. My only issue is the pills are on the larger side so I take with big gulps of water.       This product comes in a glass bottle. You take the vitamins once a day. I noticed right off the bat the strong smell you get from a multivitamin. I was nervous because vitamins sometimes make me nauseous. It is also pretty big but a smooth texture. I highly recommend cutting in half if you have problems with swallowing pills.       Quality womens vitamin for sure. Tablets are large but average size. These have that "vitamin" smell. Hard to swallow. I prefer another name brand with smaller mini capsules. Packaging is glass, easy to open. Not aure how I feel about the glass, breakable.

      They have very clear instructions and the taste is great. I have been taking them for a couple of weeks and I have seen an improvement in my skin. It's a great supplement for women as it is full of vitamins needed at this age

      I gave this multivitamin to my mom. She liked it and bought a second bottle now. She appreciated a lot that the supplement was made with organic foods and natural ingredients. She noted small energy increase and general well being. It was easy to swallow and it did not cause stomach issues as some vitamins did to her in the past. She did take it with meals.
