Statins rob the body of Co-Q, which is why I take it daily.

what does ubiquinol add to coQ 10? Is it necessary for ingestion and absorption?

Best Answer:  Ubiquinol is a reduced form of CoQ-10 which makes it easier to be utilized by the body. Regular CoQ-10 is ubiquinone.
