Try your wrists, arms, thighs, tummy - wherever you like. Do that twice a day for 21 days; then rest for the next 7, and you're on your way to natural menopause / perimenopause balance. Or if you're looking for help with PMS balance, use 14 days on and 14 off.

♦ What's in it?

  • Contains 450 mg of USP Progesterone per ounce (20 mg per ¼ tsp).

♦ What's not in it?

  • No parabens, mineral oil, petroleum or animal anything. And our products are never tested on animals.

Directions

Use only as directed. Apply once daily or as recommended by your health care practitioner. Dispense cream into palm of hand and rub onto chest, abdomen, inner arms, or thighs - rotating area each time. Do not use for more than 3 weeks out of the month.
