Pre-Diabetic or Diabetic
These contain Organic Tapioca Dextrose and Organic Tapioca Maltodextrin which is high on the glycemic index. So they are no good for a diabetic.

Not Good for Diabetic or Pre-Diabetic
It has tapioca maltodextrin is around 85 on the glycemic index. If you are pre-diabetic or diabetic stay away .It also has tapioca dextrose which will raise your blood sugar levels. It is unbelievable to me how when a person is trying to improve their health they have to deal with this in their multivitamins. Why cant companies just make a wholesome multivitamin with out all the junk! I have yet to search out the other ingredients, nonetheless, just because it is Non-GMO doesn't make it safe.

Great Multi For Sensitive Systems
My body is sensitive to what goes in. So when I take this Vitamin, I don't get Jitters or feel like there's something wrong. I like it. I've taken this for a month now. Overall I feel better, I have more energy, I'm more calm and relaxed, and I feel like this is making my body feel like it's on point and doing what it is supposed to do, vs. the other vitamins that I take for a while and then quitting because I feel no different.

Best Answer:  I believe the main difference is that 1 is once a day (with a more generalized formulation), and the other refers to specifically over 40 and their needs. I also believe that one is taken more than once a day.

  Absolutely not. It has tapioca maltodextrin and tapioca dextrose in them which is a sugar from what I have researched it tapioca maltodextrin is 85 on the glycemic index and tapioca is 70.
