I already use Vitamin Code vitamins and love them, but 5000IU seems like a lot for a non-water soluble nutrient. Has anyone talked to their dr or nutritionist about this dosage?

Do any of you take additional Vitamin K2 with this? Dr. Mercola suggests this. Not sure whether the co-factors bundled with the Vit D in this formulation contain any K2.

Best Answer:  No. I actually purchased the 5,000 IU by mistake (actually wanted the 2,000), but decided to use them up rather then return the few boxes that I purchased. I would like the same questioned answered. Can someone from Vitamin Shoppe let us know?

Best Answer:  These vitamins are not derived directly from lanolin, but I would call GOL to find out exactly what the process is.
My family and I have used their products since Jordan Rubin began making them 10 years ago (or maybe a bit longer), and the quality is second to none. I highly recommend anything they produce.
