Big difference
Since our mitochondria are bogged down with many things these days (toxins, lack of sleep, insufficient nutrition etc.) a mitochondria-boosting supplement makes sense, and this is superior to PQQ or CoQ alone. I notice a big difference (greatly decreased energy) if I rush out the door in the morning without it!!

I will try this Brand again
I have been using Ubiquinol for some time with Red Rice Yeast to lower my cholesterol. The energy surge I get with this brand is in-explainable. I wake in the morning feeling bright and alert. I take it with my heavy meal for the day which is usually my dinner.
