Beta-alanine is the modified version of the amino acid alanine. Your body converts beta-alanine into carnosine, which supports exercise performance and endurance. 

Directions

Mix one (1) scoop with 8-12 fl oz of water and drink 30 minutes prior to training. To assess tolerance, start with 1/2 scoop.

Easy mix, Good Flavor

mixes so well I literally just pour water in and 80% mixed just a light stir left. I think the flavor was good just wish it had more mango in it. If they told me it was a peach tea-flavored i would believe it with no mango.

Surprisingly good bang for your buck!

Good tingling. Works fast. Helps focus. Good taste but it's on the sweeter side with a bit of an after taste. I don't mind it though; the flavor is comparable to the mango green tea celcius!
(I'm sensitive to caffeine and even a half scoop is enough for those LATE after work sessions)
