Ubiquinol CoQ-10 200 mg
Specifically, this is what my primary care doctor advised us to take with vitamins. No taste and goes down easily for us. Vitamin Shoppe has the quality that I trust. There are well know labels that have fallen flat in performance, according to consumer reports.

Way overpriced
I purchased 2 bottles of this product back in December for under $90. Now the price of 1 bottle is almost the cost of what I had purchased the 2 bottles for a couple months back. Definitely will not be buying VS brand with such a huge price increase.

What is the difference between Ubiquinone
and Ubiquinol? . Which is best or are they the same? .

Best Answer:  CoQ10 is ubiquinone. Our body has to turn that into ubiquinol. As one gets older it is harder for the body to do this and much is wasted and not absorbed. If you are over your late twenties, in age, ubiquinol should be used as it is highly absorbed. I recommend 200 mg/ day. If you have cardiovascular issues, take 200 mg TWICE per day for 3 weeks and then a maintenance dose of 200 mg/day.

Best Answer:  This is the answer I found on Internet: CoQ10 and ubiquinol are fat-soluble molecules and are best absorbed with fats or oils, which is why it is good to take them with the largest meal of the day. (The same holds true with fat soluble vitamins, like vitamin D).
