my doctor said to cut back on potassium. i don't see any in the ingredient list. i am 57. would this be a good vitamin sup. for me?

Best Answer:  Can't rightly say. Ask your doc how much K you SHOULD have & in what form. I bought this only because Geritol just didn't happen to be around & MegaFood has a good name.
