      Makes a Difference
When I first started taking this many years ago, it seemed to make a difference in how I felt. I still think that. The Vitamin Shoppe has the best price. Better than other places sale prices.

      Great vitamin for men 50+
My husband takes these. He seems to have more energy after taking them for about 3 mos. They have methylated folate and B12, which is better absorbed for many people, and for those with methylation issues.

      The are very affordable, too!

I recommend if you don't suffer with heartburn or acid reflux
My husband was doing just fine with these vitamins for a month but into the second month he noticed he had heartburn everyday no matter what he ate. We already cut out acidic, spicy foods, tomato sauce, from our diets to help keep it at bay. However after reading the ingredients I noticed that there's lycopene from tomato extract and more tomato powder in the blend; I suppose that is what's causing the heartburn because after he stopped taking the vitamin, he hasn't had any discomfort. I'm really bummed because I thought we found a perfect, safe multivitamin.

Just to confirm ...... will "Alive! Once Daily Men's 50+ Ultra Potency " tablets help me, along with regular exercising, to put on an additional 3-5 lbs. and increase my Energy level?
      Michael R.May 7, 2014

Best Answer:  It will not help you gain weight because cinnamon also increases your metabolism. Which may make you lose some weight.

On the label it says "Mens 50+" is the 50+ refering to age of person or potency of the product/formula? We are trying to conceive and I'm looking for a really good daily vitamin for my mid-thirties husband. What you you recommend?
      Marty M.Jul 23, 2013

Best Answer:  The 50+ means for men over the age of 50. I would recommend that you use Alive Once Daily for men, your husband is too young for the over 50 vitamin.

This is a very good vitamin; the best I've used and highly recommend it.
