Highly Recommended.
I don't know what type of sorcery they are using, but it definitely tastes like a hostess cupcake. I like the idea of a protein blend as well. Will continue to buy.

It tastes bad, but results are great.
Little to no bloating. Lasts abought 3 hours. This has been instrumental in losing weight and trying to hang on to some muscle at the same time. Lost 35 pounds in 3 months using this along with a few other diet alterations. Wouldn't recommend "Mixing it with you Favorite Beverage", just mix it with water, down it, and then enjoy your favorite beverage on it's own.

Decent chocolate flavor
Pretty tasty! Has that "sugar free" flavor that isn't always appetizing, but it's so much better than its Twinkies flavor counterpart.
