Donna G: I use the peppermint oil to refresh the senses instead of caffeine; I use it with olive oil in making sugar scrubs, and mix it in melted chocolate i.e. peppermint brownies; A few drops in a cup of hot water eases digestion, also. Aug 29, 2013

A Vitamin Shoppe customer asked: Is this therapeutic grade oil? May 12, 2014
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Rita C: I don't think that it matters whether or not it is of therapeutic grade. When I received the product and read the label it stated that it was not to be consumed. I called customer service to make sure I was interpreting it correctly and she said that it could be added to candle wax to make it fragrant. It was not to be consumed. May 13, 2014

Charne S: I'm not sure what you mean by therapeutic oil. I use it on my forehead and temples when I get a migraine headache. It is a light oil that is absorbed easily into the skin and somehow eases the headache pain. Doesn't always make the pain go away but it certainly helps. I saw it on Dr. Oz's show. I hope this info helps you. May 12, 2014

LaQuita H asked: Can it be used on hair? Feb 24, 2014
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Paula R: Yes, but you will need to mix it with a carrier oil such as jojoba oil. It's too strong to apply directly. Feb 24, 2014

LaQuita H: Great! Thanks Feb 24, 2014

Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Charne S: My friend said that Dr. Oz recommended it to stop a headache and since I get frequent headaches, I thought I'd try it. I apply it with a q-tip to the area where I have pain and it really DOES work after a while. I hope it will help you too. Aug 29, 2013
