My son is 17 years old. When does he begin taking adult mens vitamins?

Best Answer:  He can start taking Adult vitamins at any time. If he is really into sports, the Vitamin Shoppe has a few "Teen" vitamins. These usually have a little more in them for active teens. My girls still take Alive childrens because the y like them, but I do alternate them with the Rainbow Light brand for teens. They take the Brain and Focus ones. I find at certain times they need a bit more iron. Oddly enough, most vitamins don't contain any iron at all. I hope this helps you!! Have a great day!!! :-)

Best Answer:  I have 3 kids and give all three two vitamins each. It says on the package 2 vitamins per day. My youngest took them when she was 3. I had no problems.

Best Answer:  I find this product is more of a general multivitamin. I use Kids Calm Multi for my son with ADHD. It has a strong smell and taste but has Omega and Magnesium which seems to be encouraged for ADHD kids. My other son and I take Alive to supplement our nutritio .

Best Answer:  This supplement is free from Gluten Free. No salt, yeast, wheat, soy, dairy products, artificial flavor or preservatives. It does not list that it is nut free and may contain nut ingredients or come into contact with nuts during manufacturing.
