Excellent!
We like this multi because of the amount of what is in it and that you only need to take them once a day. Vitamins, minerals, herbs all in one tablet.We just make sure to eat something first and not take them on an empty stomach. The tablets are large, but not too large to swallow easily.

Alive Once Daily helped
I started taking a green coffee bean extract, and got terrible headaches and other symptoms. When I did some research, it turns out that the chlorogenic acid in this supplement can be a "drug mugger of magnesium, iron and zinc." I started taking the 'Alive' Once Daily multivitamins, and the symptoms went away quickly. I love that this multi-vitamin contains whole foods and enzymes, and is suitable for vegetarians. I'm hoping I can keep up the routine to take it every day.

Great product
My daughter has been very ill for quite sometime from IBS and eating disorder it ruined her immune system. With the use of this product and Immune Booster from the Vitamin shop it has improved her upper respiratory system.

Best vitamin I have tried
I was looking for a food based vitamin because I heard they were easier to digest. Having digestive issues this was a must for me. I love the whole line of Alive products. I have the shakes and have tried several of the vitamins.
