Gummies for Adults!
As a female who is getting a tad bit older and doesn't always follow the 4 food groups, Alive Women's gummies is an easy way to supplement my nutrition. I've been taking Alive for the past 6 years and can definitely notice a change in my overall daily health. I would definitely recommend this product to any female who is nutrition adverse and wants a simple daily routine that tastes more like gummies bears than vitamins!

One Big Clump
These were omitted from my original order so I had to waste time getting the issue fixed. Vitamin Shoppe made that easy and reshipped quickly without additional charge.. Item arrived but all the gummy vitamins were all clumped together in one big ball.. March in NY is not warm so can't blame on the weather. An absolute pain to bang the container every morning to get the dosage of 3 gummies out. Taste ok.

Delicious and digestible
I love these vitamins. Most multi-vitamins make me nauseous, so all I can really stomach are gummies. These are by far my favorite gummy multi-vitamins: they are not stupidly sugary, they taste delicious, I feel good after I take them, and they never make me nauseous. Taking for awhile and enjoy
I've taken the women's Alive vitamins for quite awhile and enjoy them...use them as a dessert actually! Whether or not they truly make a difference, I'm not entirely certain. I changed my diet about a year ago along with using these as a supplement. I absolutely recommend. Warning: the similar women's alive at retail stores are different! These have more vitamins / minerals.

What do these vitamins look like? Are they a clear color like a gummy bear or are they a solid color?

Best Answer:  There are 3 different shapes : citrus slice, grapes, and cherries. They are opaque. Citrus slices are yellow/orange; grapes are dark purple; cherries are a dark maroon. They are chewy, not quite the same consistency as gummy bears, maybe similar to a fruit bar. I only take these after trying the one a day Alive. And although it suggests taking 3/day, I take 2 and feel good! Good luck!
