They were stuck together
The flavors are good but they are all stuck together. Which makes it difficult to get out of the bottle.
So because of this, I don't take them often.

Good choice for someone with trouble swallowing pills.
Good combination of vitamins & minerals - for a gummy - more complete than the new gummies Vitamin Shoppe just introduced - but not as complete as some of the multi-vitamins in pill form.

How to lose a lifelong customer?..
Nature?s Way has changed this product thinking no one would notice. The gummies were larger and the serving size was 2 daily. Now they are much smaller and the serving size is 3 daily. Thought I was getting a great deal on a 75 piece jar, but realized after I got home that they had changed the size, the serving, and the taste. Unless I can find the old formula I will not be purchasing these again.
