What is the purpose of MSM in this one? I have the original Hydraplenish and love it.

Best Answer:  Take the MSM!! It’s extremely good for you! I’ve been taking Hydraplenish MSM 13 years.
The last 12 months, my hair GREW 15 INCHES!! My 83 yr old Mom takes it too. After ONE MONTH her hair dresser said her hair in the back was thickening and turning brown! Moms hair is almost all white with grey and patchy. Not anymore!!

My doc is saying he wants to inject my knees with hyaluronic acid (Synvist-One), and the reviews online are scary. I figure I will try this product first.

Can you advise best way to take 4xday? Does it matter if you take them all together or must I take 2 in AM and 2 in PM? It does not state on the bottle.

Best Answer:  I’ve been taking Hyaluronic Acid, per doctors orders, since 2005 for joint lubrication. I soon found Hydraplenish. I take it anytime day or night! It can be taken with or without food. When I forget, I pop two with no problem. The response regarding not taking it around eating other proteins etc is ... well, not correct. (sorry) This is not a supplement that requires a strict schedule. If you’re concerned, google “when to take amino acids?” It’s truly not a great concern. My 83 yr old Mom takes it anytime as well. Oh, the last 12 months, my hair has grown two inches below my bra strap in the back, from just under my ears!!!! We measured it grew 15 INCHES!! I do not use expensive hair products, have facials or use expensive creams or serums - EVER. I’m 53 and no one has ever guessed my age correctly!! I’ve used Hydraplenish supplements for 13 years and it shows. Mom has used it ONE month! Her stylist said the hair in the back had thickened and was turning brown!! Mom is almost all white with patchy grey!! Yep, it works anytime.

Best Answer:  I have been taking this to help rebuild cartilage in one of my knees. My body has responded well to Hyaluronic Acid vitamins and injections - if you have joint issues I encourage you to try.
