Great Fish Oil
Been us product for 2 plus years with QC10 and a year or so before adding QC10. My doctor agreed the the product was the right formula. While in the past I sometime tasted any fish oil I used.

She suggested freezing fish oil to her patients so when I receive my order it goes in freezer and if works.

Ingredients 5-star, Capsule Size Is Challenging
My 3-star review is specific to my physical capabilities. The Ultimate Omega +CoQ10 capsule delivers top quality nutritional value. Personally I have difficulty swallowing the capsule's elongated size and have been trying several techniques to gain a smooth swallowing process. The technique I have settle on that works sometimes is difficult to replicate. The recommended daily dose is two capsules. For me, I would maller, more manageable size, e.g. 2 capsules twice a day, so 4 smaller size capsules daily taking the angst out of the experience (for me) each time I need to take the current size capsule.

Ultimate Omega +C0Q10
I have Hepitius C and with it comes non-stop itching. A friend of mine, who is a certified nutitionist, recommened I try the Ultimate Omega and within 3 fays the itcjing ceased. I stopped taking it as kind of a test and the itching returned. Now I don't miss a day.

They are using Veho as a last mile delivery service, horrible.
I've been purchasing Nordic Naturals for a few years now for myself and my pets. I ordered the ultimate omega and coq10. Veho's tracking number went to a company called Whistl in the UK with an invalid tracking number and my package was delivered to an office building instead of my house. I will no longer order from Nordic as long as they keep using Veho.

Excessive dosing, could be packaged qd dosing
All the products you have to take 2-3 x per day, could be packaged better for qd dosing. Very disappointed!

How large is this pill? I've tried another brand and it was so large ( 1 in. long and .5 in. wide) that it literally got stuck in my throat. This sounds like a wonderful product, but I want to be sure that I can swallow it.

Best Answer:  Sherry, this capsule is 1 " long and 3/8" wide. It is shiny, so has a somewhat slippery texture. I drink water first so my throat isn't dry before I take the capsule, and then water afterwards. It is very dark brown, almost black. I have used it for years, and doubt that I will ever try another Omega 3 product as I love it so much.
