Has taking 2 to 3 grams of this fish oil helped symptoms of RA?

Does this fish oil need to be refrigerated? I did and it got very clumpy on the bottom

Best Answer:  Fish oil has to be refrigerated, because it is a polyunsaturated oil and, therefore, is very liable to oxidation. Sunlight will oxidize it, thus the dark bottle. Oxidation spoils any health benefits. My fish oil only becomes thick when it is nearing the end of the bottle. I just shake it up and transfer it to a new bottle when there is space.

I have two questions. Firstly, is this fish oil molecularly distilled to remove all toxins? Secondly, is this fish oil in its triglyceride (TG) form or ethyl ester (EE) form?

Best Answer:  I would call Carlson to get the answers you want. I do think this is an excellent product---keep it refrigerated once opened and then use it every day!!

Is this cold-processed? Is there an advantage to taking "fish" oil over cod-liver oil?

Best Answer:  Carlson Fish oil is very mild and goes down easily. It has very little after taste, if it is taken immediately before food. However, if you take it after you eat, or without eating you might experience some "repeats".
Fish Oil is usually taken for "Omega 3" effects. Cod Liver Oil is often taken for its "Vitamin D". I think Carlson removes Vitamin D from their fish oil because some people were concerned about taking too much "Vitamin D". So, you might consider taking some of each. Because of taste, Cod liver Oil may be harder to take and cause more after effects than Carlson's fish oil.

Best Answer:  This fish oil is the top notch best you could ever take, it dose not get any better than this!!! I will never take any other!! I am a person who eats oraginc and natural foods, use all healthily products!! But who am I try it, it heals more than you think!! Good health to all!!
