So I purchase the capsules a few times before and enjoyed the benefits from it. Decided to repurchase again, but this time the capsules are extra long. To some it may not seem like a big deal. But to me it's a big deal and I will not repurchase the capsules again.

Can this be taken on an empty stomach ?

  I have always taken it after I have eaten, with no side effects. I would think you can since the bottle doesn't say take with food; but since each person is different, I would test it out first.

  I have never consumed this supplement on an empty stomach; per instructions consume twice daily but does not specify if required with a meal. Hope that helps.

Best Answer:  I'm male don't know about hot flashes, but haven't really seen any blood pressure effect.

Because this are only 500 my. You may need to try the 1250 my capsule. 1250 is Only 1/4 (one-fourth) teaspoon of oil.

I've read the ONLY black seed oil to get contains Nigella Sativa. Anything else is just fakery and camped on to the vitamin craze that grips the US. Please advise?
