Directions

As a dietary supplement, mix 1 serving in 10-14 fl. oz. of water (adjust for taste preference) and shake well. On training days, consumer 1 serving during exercise and 1 serving after exercise. On non-training days, consume 2 servings throughout the day. For best results, use 2 servings per day.

Life saver for EDS
I bought this product in search of an electrolyte that wont rot my teeth. Unlike most folks here i use it for EDS and POTS both of which require hydration, sodium, and increased electrolytes. Ive been keeping track and drinking this HAS reduced my muscle pains and cramps AND it helps keep me hydrated. I like the taste. Started with blue ras. Added mango and then watermelon and blood orange. Have to say the watermelon is a favorite. I have a subscription now. Needless to say its going well.

Grape tastes amazing!
I love this product. My daughter introduced Xtend to me. I'm always dehydrated and now I drink a lot more water. I'm a type 2 diabetic and this is sugar free using sucralose. It tastes amazing! My favorite flavors are grape, strawberry kiwi and blue raspberry ice.
I don't work out. I am disabled and use a walker and a scooter.

OG equals the best
The original is always the best. It is smooth and taste great in any flavor. It really gives you a push on your workouts and the recovery is way better than just water.

New Formula
Ive been using this product for a long time, but the formula for this product was recently changed and its barely drinkable now. Huge shame, because this was probably one of the better, if not best, BCAA powder supplements out there.

Remove the dyes!!!
Tastes great, works great but HATE all the dyes. Mango is favorite flavor but I don't want to walk around with an orange mouth and teeth. Not a good look over the age of 10 - plus they're not good for you.

Used to taste amazing, now Its horrível! Just read that they also took out the amazing stuff that were in the fórmula! Now I just cant stand the product that used to be amazing! Never again!
