What are BCAAs?

Branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) include leucine, isoleucine, and valine. They support muscle growth and reduce muscle fatigue.

What does it mean to have a 2:1:1 BCAA ratio? 

A 2:1:1 BCAA ratio indicates that a supplement has 2 parts leucine for every part isoleucine and valine. This ratio has been shown to support muscle protein synthesis, increase energy, and reduce exercise fatigue.  

What is glutamine?

Glutamine is an essential amino acid that helps regulate protein synthesis for muscle recovery.

Directions

As a dietary supplement, mix one (1) level scoop with 10-12 ounces of cold water [or any beverage of your choice] 30-45 minutes before, during, or immediately after training. For optimal results, consume at least two (2) servings per day. Do not exceed 4 servings per day.

Tootsie roll ?
I got strawberry lemonade and I don't think it particularly taste like strawberry lemonade. It's a very light flavor and for some reason at the beginning of the flavor and end, I feel like it taste like a Tootsie roll, but it's not nasty. It just not very strawberry lemonade intense not sure if this will help. Overall, I do like the lightness of the flavor.

Holding judgement
I purchased the Strawberry Lemonade and have been trying it for a week so far. I do not take these supplements for taste only, I care more about the results. With that being said, this is not an enjoyable taste compared to other competitor products I've tried that are clean. I wonder if it's the flavor, but it may be a tall ask to buy another one to try, wish there were packet options to try before purchasing.

Strawberry Lemonade is delicious
I dont know what all these people are talking about in these reviews. This product taste great. I literally drink it for enjoyment, as if it was juice or something. My kids even drink it and love it. Not sure why so many of these review are talking about a bad aftertaste or bad flavor. Ive been buying it for a year and its been the same quality everytime.

Update to my previous review!
I withheld judgment on the BCAA Glutamine and I'm glad I did. It's been 4 full weeks and I am genuinely pleased with the results. This product noticeably reduced my muscle soreness and drastically improved my recovery periods. I'm 51 and used to struggle with motivating myself to return to the gym after strenuous resistance and HIIT workouts because of the terrible soreness and muscle fatigue, but now I'm more than willing to hit the gym with the help of my TL stack. This is truly a game changer for me and highly recommend this product.

Amazing Product

Not sure if it works, but the after taste is awful...
Unfortunately, I went against my instincts and bought a flavored Glutamine instead of my usual non-flavored other brand. Big MISTAKE... the aftertaste from the sweetener is awful tasting, not sure what else to say. Can't tell you if the product actually works well or not, because I won't be drinking it.

Premature Review on BCAA Glutamine
Just started using this product about a week ago and will reserve judgement until I complete a month in an effort to aggregate my experience from a decent sample size. However, I can confirm that consuming the Strawberry Lemonade version of this product is difficult to taste. I simply down it as quickly as possible with something to chase it with to minimize the terrible taste in my mouth. I'm not one to really care about having a multitude of flavors to choose from; which I feel TL markets as a nice competitive advantage versus its competitors. I would much more appreciate a narrower focus on flavors with the goal of improving taste for consumption in my opinion. I'm not sure I can continue to use this product and may default to my previous brand if necessary. I'm just asking for something neutral and tolerable with respect to taste and I would consider being a loyal customer because I do recognize that TL products typically meet the needs of their customers.

Enhanced Recovery Times
Hands-down, the best glutamine supplement I've ever used. It does taste on the sour side, but the drastically reduced recovery times considering I'm in my mid 30s. I'll take that any day of the week and it's not too bad..
