What are BCAAs?

Branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) include leucine, isoleucine, and valine. They support muscle growth and reduce muscle fatigue.

What does it mean to have a 2:1:1 BCAA ratio?

A 2:1:1 BCAA ratio indicates that a supplement has 2 parts leucine for every part isoleucine and valine. This ratio has been shown to support muscle protein synthesis, increase energy, and reduce exercise fatigue.

True
What i truly appreciate about all of transparent labs is their honesty, in a time when it literally doesn't mean anything to put the true ingredients on a product. obviously i wish the products were not as expensive as they are, but i believe in their products and am willing to pay for that peace of mind .

I have noticed that after my training that my recovery is better. I combine this BCAA (unflavored), creatine (unflavored), and protein (vanilla) in one shake after my workout. Hopefully combining product won't be a problem.
