Directions

As a dietary supplement, mix 1 serving in 10-14 fl. oz. of water (adjust for taste preference) and shake well. On training days, consume 1 serving during exercise and 1 serving after exercise. On training days, consume 1 serving during exercise and 1 serving after exercise. On non-training days, consume 2 servings throughout the day. For best results, use 2 servings per day.

Took me a few months to finish.
The taste is not the greatest. There is a subtle something about it maybe the combination of the electrolytes, the flavor or the BCAAs themselves. Also it uses Red dye #40 which I'm a little apprehensive about. Took me a few months to finish just because I didn't consistently take it everyday, the taste had a little to do with it. But I would use it as an intra workout or just on days off from the gym.

Too much cherry flavor
Overall x tend is a good product, but the flavors are dependent on individual taste. I thought this was too much "cherry" flavor. The other flavors you can mix more or less to even out the flavor, but this cherry didn't not make the cut with me whether I added more product or less product and more water. The cherry tasted a little like medicine but not a true and pleasant cherry flavor?at least for me

I strongly disagree but to be honest I've never drank hotdog water.

Cherry lollipops
I found it to be a nice change in pace of flavor. It gives a very cherry taste. At first I thought it taste like Cherry cough syrup but as I continued to drink it, it tasted more like a cherry lollipop. But obviously that's my own taste. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it took a bit to figure the flavor out and when I mix it I have powder on the bottom and I need to give it a really good shake.
