Customers review summary

The XTEND BCAA powder wins over customers with bright, varied flavors and a formula that supports hydration and recovery during workouts. Customers appreciate the easy mixing, clean candy taste in many flavors, and the noticeable reduction in muscle soreness. A few customers note sweeter profiles or strong color additives, yet most still report faster recovery and better hydration.

Wasteful
Explain to me why you have the size container you use for 30 servings but when I open it, it is half full. The product itself has lessened in quality as well.

Great mixture combination and flavor
This dissolves very easily into water and the powder is super fine and refined. The flavor is delicious and pretty strong, even when just 1 full scoop is added to 24-30 oz of water. I coach a spin biking class and when I use this during my workouts, I find my calf and quad performance is better and recovery goes more smoothly after class. I wish it had more sodium, but it's so sweet, I just add a pinch of salt to my water bottle with this mix and it works.

New formula is terrible
This new formula in watermelon flavor is horrible. I used to look forward to my intra-workout drink. Now it diminishes my whole workout experience. Only 2 uses in a brand new container and I'm considering throwing it out. Ugh. Bring back the original formula!!

Life saver for EDS
I bought this product in search of an electrolyte that wont rot my teeth. Unlike most folks here i use it for EDS and POTS both of which require hydration, sodium, and increased electrolytes. Ive been keeping track and drinking this HAS reduced my muscle pains and cramps AND it helps keep me hydrated. I like the taste. Started with blue ras. Added mango and then watermelon and blood orange. Have to say the watermelon is a favorite. I have a subscription now. Needless to say its going well.

Grape tastes amazing!
I love this product. My daughter introduced Xtend to me. I'm always dehydrated and now I drink a lot more water. I'm a type 2 diabetic and this is sugar free using sucralose. It tastes amazing! My favorite flavors are grape, strawberry kiwi and blue raspberry ice.I don't work out. I am disabled and use a walker and a scooter.

No. It's virtually calorie free. You can't build muscle without calories. It's not a food source and in absence of food gives me major stomach problems. It's a BCAA supplement.

Tricia C

No it can not. This is used mostly to help recover and assists during workout. When not working out its recommended to drink 1 cup of xtend to help with muscle recovery.

FIDEL A

This product can be used WITH whey protein to help build muscle. It is not a substitute. It will help you have better workouts and also help you recover after workouts.
