Solaray is a brand I trust
Solaray is a brand I trust because I've always been happy with the quality and the ingredients. So I tried their Liver blend for the 1st time and am happy with it. The ingredients are well known and safe such as Dandelion, Milk Thistle, Kelp, Peppermint, Burdock. If I were going for a heavier liver detox, I might use a different brand with a greater number of ingredients, but I think this is a good product to be safe and gentle for everyday use without worrying about overdoing it or side effects. I am definitely buying it again.

Increase dosage so only 1 capsule per day.
