      Thank you Adelle Davis!
      A year ago, bilirubin was just above normal. Per Adelle Davis, world-famous nutritionist, started taking these 2/day for 1,000 mg. By May, bilirubin was back inside normal, and by August, it was smack in the middle of normal. Strongly recommend for significant liver improvement! Test results proved it; no need to guess or speculate from self-report of perceived wellness. Has also had collateral positive effect on creatinine and GFR scores (.6 and 92 respectively)!

      I suffer from severe neuropathy as a result of chronic guianne barre syndrome. From what I read, the disease and meds I take for it impact acetycholine. Will taking choline help restore my neurotrasmitters? I have organs that don't function properly or at all, and tremendous pain! Thanks.

        I do know that choline/inositol is important for nerve structure and function, including neurotransmitters, and I have also read that dietary intake of choline seems to affect body levels of acetylcholine. I take 3 or more tablespoons of lecithin granules in a smoothie for breakfast and 4-5 of these capsules at night.

        The best answer is try some for a month or two then stop. If it helps you'll feel the difference when you stop.
      Everyone is a little different. Trying shouldn't hurt anything. It might or might not help.

        Dave, I am not a physician, and we take choline/inositol as a prophylaxis, not for any specific condition.
      However, I can't imagine that it would do any harm for you to try it.

        I would call a pharmacist, or check with your primary care provider. I use it to help metabolize fat, not for pain.

      After eating fish I sometimes have a fishy odor. It wasn't till after ordering these vitamins and reading about the few side effects on WebMd that I learned of this possibility. Cranberry caps seem to help with the fishy odor, so I may have to add yet another vitamin to my growing list.
