Great product!
Love this! Tried a competitor's choline when my first bottle ran out. Mistake. It didn't do anything. This noticably improves my ability to focus. Highly recommend.

I'm not sure its fresh
For the record, I do order this product on a regular basis. This time, the supplements have an odor to them which makes me think they may not be fresh, or conversely they may be stale.

A great product

I suffer from severe neuropathy as a result of chronic guianne barre syndrome. From what I read, the disease and meds I take for it impact acetycholine. Will taking choline help restore my neurotrasmitters? I have organs that don't function properly or at all, and tremendous pain! Thanks.

Best Answer:  I do know that choline/inositol is important for nerve structure and function, including neurotransmitters, and I have also read that dietary intake of choline seems to affect body levels of acetylcholine. I take 3 or more tablespoons of lecithin granules in a smoothie for breakfast and 4-5 of these capsules at night.
