I am not sure of that. I have been taking nettle for allergies since 2005 and suffer very few effects of cedar. I also use olive leaf extract nasal spray to kill airborn fungus. You might want to consult a homeopath on giving nettle to a young child...

  I don't know for sure but it's very mild and I can't imagine it being in any way dangerous. I've been taking it for years for seasonal allergies and there are no side effects. Check Dr. Weil's website where you might get more information.

  No. I use it for my allergies. I used to take Allegra and used Flonase due to allergies. I started taking stinging nettles and no longer have to use the Allegra and Flonase.

  Nature's Leaf Nettle says it's taken from the leaf of the nettle plant. I've seen other brands that say they're taken from both the leaf and the root.
