        Here's the simple fact. Fit comes in many forms, so it really depends on what YOUR goal is. I'm saying this based on my own experience. I went from being a fat kid growing up, to being different kinds of fit for the past decade now. Getting fit is about diet and REGULAR, I'd say daily, exercise... NO other way about it. Some simple rules for being fit.
        1. EXERCISE EVERYDAY. Cardio or weights. Keeps your metabolism going.
        2. REST. Don't try to workout muscles that haven't recovered. You will know if they have recovered because you won't be able to lift what you did last time... this could also be a sign that you aren't eating right too. Also get sleep. 7-8 hours every night. More sleep if you're a BABY, and less sleep you're a FOOL.
        3. EAT THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF FOOD- figure out how many calories you need to maintain a healthy weight, and NEVER eat more than 500 calories more or 500 calories less. If you're trying to bulk up 500 calories a day is plenty because you can't possibly gain more than 1lb. of muscle in a week. Even if you did that for a year you're not going to gain 52lbs of muscle. If you're lucky you might gain 10-12 at the MOST, but you will gain an additional 30lbs of fat if you constantly eat 500 calories extra.
        4. MAKE THE CALORIES COUNT. If you need 3,000 calories a day, don't make 1/3 of them come from a large soda at the movies. Carbs for energy, protein (NO MORE THAN 1lb. per pound of healthy body weight) to help rebuild muscle, and healthy fats for pretty much EVERYTHING. (Unsalted nuts once a day, a splash of olive oil once a day, and salmon a few times a week is plenty)
        5. NEVER BE HUNGRY-spread your calories out every three hours. Metabolism is like a fire. Too little fuel and it will go out. Too much at once and it WILL STORE AS FAT. I suggest 7am, 10am, 1pm, 4pm, 7pm, 10pm. These are generally times that it's acceptable to eat, so you won't get too many funny looks or questions as to why you're eating.

        IF YOU FOLLOW THOSE RULES YOU WILL GET FIT. I SWEAR.

        IF you want to have bigger muscles it takes more work. Follow the steps above, but you have to lift one rep shy of failure. (As I said before either high weight (6 rep min. upper body/10 rep min. lower body) or moderate weight (8-12 rep upper body/12-25 rep lower body).

        YOU'LL hear a LOT of people saying lift to failure or do max weight for 1-3 reps. Unless you are a highly trained powerlifter with PERFECT form you will SCREW YOUR BODY UP!!! Real men save one rep in the tank, rest, and do another whole set. Also try doing 20 reps on your squats sometime. That'll put some hair on your chest... or if you're a woman reading this it'll give you rockin' legs. When you lift like this drink a full meals worth of whey protein right after lifting, then wait half an hour and eat some healthy carbs.

        Finally the icing on the cake, and the point of this review. A little supplementation can help. Don't try creatine unless you did EVERYTHING listed above. You're wasting your time because diet and exercise are WAY more important for getting fit. I've never tried any other form of creatine, so I can't really compare to monohydrate or anything else, but I have been taking this one for a year now and it works if you use it as directed. 1-2g twice a day. I'm 6'2", have a 34" waist, and weigh 220lbs and ALL I take is 1g of this twice a day and 2 scoops (45g) of isolated whey protein. Honestly I tried 2g twice a day and it didn't work any better than just 1g twice a day. It doesn't really matter when you take creatine but space it out every 12 hours and drink plenty of water with it. Some people say "oh you have to drink it with sugar to absorb it, but honestly you don't need to if you are eating every 3 hours. (If you eat every 3 hours that means you will constantly have carbohydrates in your system.) Plus fruit juice is for kids and people who don't get enough fiber and Gatorade/Powerade is for suckers... and endurance athletes.

        Just remember this product WON'T work unless you lift right, eat right, rest right, and repeat right. It's not easy, but do it ALL right and you'll start turning heads.

        I used this product and what I can say is it does work but not as well as monohydrate. I noticed some results in the first two to three weeks but not significant enough to swear by this product. I switched back to Creatinine Monohydrate after a month of using Kre-Alkalyn and not much success. Within two weeks I was back in the game and showing better muscle tone size and definition. Another thing with the Kre-Alkalyn is it didn't increase my strength. I still have the Kre-Alkalyn but haven't used it again. Honestly I would say it may be good for when you off cycle with monohydrate since you don't have to drink tons of water with it. I would still drink plenty of water regardless because its still creatinine just a different form. This is the results that I got from using this product but things effect people differently. I think the three stars is kinda pushing it but like I said I did see some results just not enough. Hope this helps

        I am 250 lbs and hit the gym at least 5 days a week for about an hour.

        I take about 2 scoops with my PWO and I really can see the difference in just a little over a week. I have used other creatine products, but this one really does the trick. I lift harder and longer with little fatigue. My muscles seem to never get tired...I make myself leave the gym lol.

        When I take it without my PWO, I take 3 scoops to really kill the workout. You can feel the difference even taking one scoop. You will love this product!

          I am 62 years old man and in good health.
          I know that my stiff back I've had all my life (from a fall,no damage exept a siff muscles) which has caused me a lot of difficulties. In the process of trying different avenues with not much success, I tryed something different. I know my back muscles are always stiff, fatigued, dehydrated and staving for oxygen.
          No matter how much water I drink, it does not seem to help to hydrate the muscles much. So I went to the vitamin shopee to see if they had anything to hydrate the muscles besides water.
          It's Creatine. The most common is

          Creatine monohydrate, - (which hydrates the Muscles on the outside).
          not so common is
          Creatine Kre-Alkalyn - (which hydrates the Muscles on the inside).
          I've been taking both for about 5 days and my back Muscles have hydraded more than they ever have and has given me a lot of relief.
          I feel better then I ever have. Even though it is a bit expensive, it's better than taking drugs.
          Even if I have to take it from now on, It's worth the relief I get from it.
          I gave it a 5 star because I feel GREAT.
          I hope it helps others.

          This is a great supplement, I've been using it for almost a year now. You will get very steady gains. And with these gains, you will over all feel get stronger. This does not give you that bloated feeling like creatine does, so this is why I take this. Your not gonna feel this supplement like you would with a pre workout or even some creatine based product. You take this and you feel the effects over several weeks, and than you just keep putting up more weight ever week.

              great product. I take it 30 min before i workout and right after i'm done working out. it gives me a lot more energy to push around the Waite.                 I have used this twice per day for several months including off cycles. First things first, this is not a magic formula, it is not steroids and it will not make you the hulk. It is, however, high quality creatine and gives fuller muscle pumps and gives you more reps in the gym.

                If you have no bloating or GI issues with creatine mono hydrate, then don't try something new. But if mono doesn't do it for you try this.

                I recommend doing some reading of scientific articles to actually understand what creatine is and what it does. It's not going to make you lift, lift, lift... That's your pre workout. Creatine will slightly increase your strength and endurance.

                If you take this product be prepared to drink A LOT OF WATER, creatine is supposed to make you retain water and this definitely will. I switched from HCl to this and I couldn't find enough water to drink the first few days.

                        This is a excellent pre workout formula. Good for a "off cycle" from regular PW's. You have to take the clinical dosage of three scoops for best results. I like to add the kre akalyn and stack with its mono. You will feel and see results from this product if you realize this isn't a "regular" PW and you are in a more "natural" state, hence the name. You get a feel for what you can do without the extra stuff. Don't whine. Just test yourself then go back to your regular product. Only negative is having to add the kre akalyn, which would make this better.

                        I've been using this product for a little over a month now and have not missed a serving, one in the a.m. and one after workout. Let me tell ya I have felt ZERO effects. I'm not a sunday gym hopper either, I lift 5 days a week and I've used everything from creatine monohyrate to Creatine ethyl ester and this product fails compared to both. I'm very disappointed, I thought I would have better results in the gym. With CEE I would pop a couple pills 45min before/after my workout and rarely fatigue. I honestly can't believe the difference, in fact I mention it to my gym buddy daily. I bought this because of the "pure" ingredients, but don't get suckered. Grab some CEE. I gave it 1 star because it won't let me give zero. I usually don't write reviews but this is ridiculous. BTW: Don't listen to the 5 star, how can you take something for 7 days and write a review? Don't be fooled.

                            Best Answer: You at supposed to take Kre-Alkalyn on a daily basis. So what I do is on my workout days I mix three scoops with my pre workout and on my off day, I mix it with one of my protein shakes. With the pre workout I use water but the protein can go either way.

                            I am a professional powerlifter and have taken probably every version or type of creatine since I began taking it in 1993- before it was even well-known in the United States.

                            Answer: definitely powder!.. It's really all about the amount: for creatine to be effective, you need 5-10 g / day minimum to get noticeable gains from it; I take 20-30 g / day with no ill-effect on blood lab results and about 15 years of nearly constant use- it's very safe if you otherwise healthy.
                            Just look at the dose that one pill delivers, probably less than a gram, and for certain, waaaayyyy more expensive and no more effective than powder (your gut melts the capsule in about 1 sec so you're basically taking the powder anyways. Creatine has no taste so it's not really hard to throw the powder in nearly any flavored drink (I put 20 g in my after-workout shake and I'm set for the day).
                            Only other caveat would be if you have stomach issues with creatine monohydrate, you may have to consider other types, be strong!
