Great choice for iron supplement- gentle
This iron is so easily tolerated. I have been an RN for over 30 years and could not believe it. I have been taking it for about 3 months, and my levels are back to normal.

Does Not Work!
I started taking these iron pills in April 2022 to maintain healthy hemoglobin levels. I started having the classic anemia symptoms 6 months later, even though I took it daily with vitamin C. I started taking it twice daily but still had no improvement. My symptoms became severe, so I started taking it three times a day with no improvement. I switched to Kirkman iron pills three days ago and am starting to feel a little better.

Gentle Iron
I bought the bottle after reading all the write-ups. I took it for about two weeks or more, and yes, I could "feel" the difference, but the top of my tongue became all brown instead of the normal pink. I am off the pills for over a week and tongue brown is lessening. It is just a weird happening.
