Directions

Mix 1 tablespoon with at least 10 oz of water, juice or your favorite beverage. Stir and drink immediately. If too thick, add more liquid and stir. Drinking a glass of water afterwards is advisable to ensure hydration

I'm mad at all the reviews that gave this product 5 stars and convinced me to purchase. This product does work. I'll give it that. But this is the worst tasting fiber I've ever had. You absolutely have to mix it with something flavored. It also immediately gets gooey and thick so you have to drink it with super sonic speed and it already tasted disgusting so having it be thick is an extra layer of gross. Also all the little fiber particles looks like maggots. I'm disgusted every time I drink it. I can't finish it fast enough so I don't ever have to drink it again. So 2 stars because it's effective but that's the only benefit.

Hi. I have been using this product for many years and have been very satisfied. However, since I have been receiving the product directly from organic India, I have noticed several changes. First, the color seems to be much lighter, the taste seems more pronounced, and the flakes are much smaller with a finer texture. There's also a slight odor which was not present previously. I also don't think that it is as effective as the previous product

I purchase this for my dog who needs it. I purchase it on a revolving order every 2 months and it helps my dog completely! Thank you organic India, you have made a difference in my dog's quality of life!

Incredible Results
Started seeing results after the first day of using this. I mix it with a bit of orange juice and drink it in the morning at the same time as my coffee (pre breakfast). It has no adverse flavor or texture - very easy to drink and the results are amazing.

Yall. This works. I'm lovin it. Got the whole family switching over from the nasty chems that make you poo better but then give you all sorts of other problems. This is clean. Love the company. Love the product. Finally takin trips to the bathroom that make you call someone in after because of how proud you are you know? And you use less paper if you know what I mean. I'm not sponsored. Wasn't given free stuff. Just a guy and his wife supporting a company that deserves it.

when is the best time to drink this product?

Best Answer:  I drink it at night before I go to bed, with "results" first thing in the morning. This is what works best for me because it keeps me full before bed to stop my urge to snack and it gets me... err, moving in the morning. Hope that helps. -JLB

Hello. I just wanted to see if anyone who has taken this has had any trouble swallowing it. I'm a little leery of the capsules as it says "Drink plenty of water or you will choke" so I'm thinking the powder is easier? Thank you!!

Best Answer:  I have not had any trouble with the powder. (never used the capsules)
I mix it with about 12 ounces of liquid,half oj half water and I drink it down fast. This particular brand seems to be lighter than others I have used. It does not thicken up quite as much or as quickly.
Do not let it sit for any amount of time before drinking it down!

Is this made of ground up Psyllium Husks (a powder) or is it whole psyllium seeds? I would like to use it as a thickener in recipes and don't know if I should use this. (Powder would be better since it would dissolve).

Best Answer:  If you drink it right away it does not get thick, but if you wait a while it gets thick like gel...too thick to drink. I put it in my smoothie in the morning or add it to my oatmeal. It is very filling and the full feeling lasts a long time.
