Capsule sticks in throat
The capsule material sticks in my throat and no matter what you drink or eat, it doesn't go away until it disintegrates. I've never had this issue before with any type of capsule or pill.

Hood product
No side effects and easy to take. Gives me more energy and strength and able to squeeze out a few extra reps. Give it a few weeks to kick in full effectiveness. I take it before and after my workout. And 2 times a day on rest days.

Nice Creatine Suppliment
Two a day, and doesn't make me feel sick to my stomach. Way better than the creatine powder, and no need for a loading phase. Just make sure you take them everyday. My goal is gaining weight and muscle. These help gain muscle by giving your muscles more energy to do more reps. Also helps retain water in the muscles, which will give you a little more weight and make you feel a little bigger. Keeps your muscles hydrated, just make sure you drink at least three liters of water a day. If you don't drink enough water you will be thirsty.
