I've been using this for several weeks and I've seen a great improvement in the texture of my skin. I like the convenience of adding it to my drink, it tastes good and it comes in a nice canister. The ingredients are of quality as I've seen a great improvement. I would recommend this for value and results.

Vital Proteins Skin and Hair Products were sent to me to try as part of a promotional campaign in exchange for my honest review. I'm generally not a huge supplements person but the ingredients do seem to support both skin and hair in each product. There was no offensive taste and it is comparable in price to other products on the market.

This is a good powder if taste doesn't bother you. The problem I had with this is that it's hard to mix if you don't mix right away. It also has this weird bitter taste to it. I did notice a difference in the hydration of my skin.

I was so excited to try these vital proteins. I've been needing something to help my skin and I think this was it. I've been mixing them into my smoothies and can't really tell a difference. You do have to use a few scoops per use so I think it runs out too fast.
