Directions

For adults, chew three (3) tablets following a meal, one to three times daily, or dissolve one (1) or two (2) tablets in mouth when needed.

Maybe they work for digestion, i for heartburn

Not really sure if these work for digestion because I have been taking them along with probiotics. They sure aren't working for heartburn-as I have seen some other reviewers say it helps them with that condition. Seems to make my heartburn worse at times. I do know that some rabbits seem to like them as a papaya treat if you break the tablet in half and give as an occasional treat and supplement.

Will this help with acid reflux?

Best Answer: I have heard someone claim that, however, stomach acid breaks down papaya enzyme - so it should be useless in addressing reflux.

Try sleeping on a wedge that lifts your head a little higher. Do not eat or drink for at least a few hours prior to lying down. Drinking aloe juice might also help.
