I'm very picky with protein shakes, this one was to sweet. I'll finish it, but won't buy again. Maybe chocolate would taste better.
It does help with appetite better then other shakes but can't get past the taste.

This isn?t as good as it used to be
I remember using this when I began my fitness journey and I swore by it. However after a few years of trying other brands and switching back, the overall texture and quality changed. I tried mixing it with water, lactose-free milk, and almond milk but it was still really gritty. This also didn?t sit well with my stomach and it was never an issue before /:
