Great for B vitamins

Best Uses

    My hair seems stronger and shiny. I do have to take additional calcium supplements because the calcium is low. I love this product for the B vitamins and that it has green tea in it. The ingredients are simple which is also a bonus.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

    I have been using this for over three months. I have honestly not noticed any difference in my skin in any way, but it is helping with my hair, as I almost immediately noticed less hair in my brush after taking it only a few days. The main reason I will continue on it is an interesting side effect-- it helps me go into a deeper sleep and I wake up refreshed. (I take my dose just before dinner.) At first I thought this could be the B vitamins in it, but after experimenting with other products decided it was not entirely that. This product I concluded works in different ways for different people. Would recommend.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
