Nerve Damage
After taking this product I began to experience tingling/vibrating sensations in my arm, hand, fingers and even upper leg once. After researching I found that the wrong type/amount of vit B can cause nerve damage and neuropathy. It is B toxicity. Then I learned the company was bought out by Nestle in 2017 which is an untrusted company in my book. My recommendation is stay away from this brand all together but especially this b complex.

I have used this for over a year. It definitely helps having the probiotics and fruit and vegetable complex. Ktnks Howe we two pills. I am trying Solgar. Exause it is just one capsule. That said, I am her unsure how it helps with minor indigestion after a meal.

Is this product safe to use everyday for my daughter who using it because she is having trouble sleeping. she takes it with Vit. B-12. I am afraid she is getting too much of both. So, how often would you take both. B- Complex and B-12 and for how long?

  I have been supplementing with both for 2 years now. According to the research I've found online, doctors say that the body will excrete excess vitamin B's so there is no need to worry about an unhealthy buildup of those vitamins.

  I have done the same slept all day and night. I would suggest going to your doctor for a full blood work up rather than take 2 Alive at one time. You could have something else going on I know I did still take my Alive but enjoy life more. Hope this helps good luck.

  It doesn't say which type since it's derived from a whole food formula; which means it's not a synthetic version. It does say 133 mcg per serving. Hope that helps.

What form of B-12 is used? The "methyl" or the "coba" form?

  Hi Danielle. It takes someone more knowledgable than me to answer that question. However, if these vitamins are indeed made from live Raw foods then all the component parts of the vitamin should be in the forumulae. I prefer to buy my supplments "processed" from natural sources rather than from synthetic lab compounds. I do purchase Vitamin Code products for that reason although there are other brands, such as Sandard Process which are also from raw food sources. They are somewhat more expensive than the Vitamin Code products.
