Directions
Based on a taste preference, mix one scoop of Nectar per 8-16 ounces of water. For those with lower protein needs, one half scoop may be consumed with 4-8 ounces of water. Consume Nectar two to three times a day to satisfy your protein requirements. Remember, the best times for supplementing protein are immediately upon rising in the morning, after intense physical activity such as weight training and prior to sleep. The Lemon Tea flavor is the best tasting protein that I have tried. It does not taste milky or chalky. It mixes well with just water which is great for me as I am not a milk drinker. I take 2 scoops in water in the morning with a banana and I am good to go.

I've tried so many protein powders and this is the best tasting so far. I love that it mixes with water and not milk. This one tastes just like a glass of iced tea with lemon. I drink it every morning over ice....two scoops in my blender bottle and I've gotten over 50 grams of protein! The other Nectar flavors are good too, but this one is my favorite.

I've tried A LOT of different protein (Isopure, Probolic-SR, Muscle Milk, etc.) and Nectar beats the competition by far! It tastes great and it easy on the wallet. I've also tried all the flavors, with exception to the new Pink Grapefruit, and like them all except Crystal Sky and Fuzzy Navel. Well, I should say those two flavors were alright, but I wouldn't buy them unless I absolutely needed protein and there were no other flavors of Nectar available. I like the fact that this protein is also lower in sodium than a lot of other protein powders, which is good for avoiding water retention.
