Alpha GPC is Wonderful, It will not give you Vertigo lol...
Don't listen to the 1 star review. Alpha GPC is amazing. Now if he experience Vertigo he would be using the higher than recommended dosage. "For attenuating symptoms of cognitive decline, almost all studies used a dosage of 1,200 mg per day, divided into three doses of 400 mg. For boosting power output, studies have used a dosage of 300-600 mg, supplemented 30-60 minutes prior to exercise." I have used around 800-1000g daily when it comes to my Pump matrix and also my Gorilla Mind Energy Drinks. I feel amazing after taking it and I have never experience anything close to vertigo.

I would never buy this product again
This product caused me to get vertigo. I would never recommend it or buy it again.Anyone considering buying it should read the side effects before consuming it.

Was recommended by my Dr. to help with holding off Alzheimer's. Lucky me it runs in my family.If you have any concerns with Dementia or Alzheimer's it your family, it can't hurt to try.
