Does contain methyl form of folate
This is an old picture of the product. The new formulation is what you find in their inventory now - 7.2020. Excellent product which contains best form of the B vitamins with just 100% of the methylated folate. I don't want more than the 100% dosage of that particular B vit.

Compare apples to apples
Have been taking this for 3+ years. Used to go for the less expensive B complexes until I learned that most of them actually contain "Cyanicobalamin" vice "Methylcobalamin." Yep, I did the homework and the first one IS just what it sounds like.

This B-Complex formulation is the one I always look for. It does not cause flushing or upset stomach. Also doesn't have too strong of a B Vitamin smell.

Jarrow B-Right currently appears to be backordered for days to weeks not only on this website, but on other online health retailers that I've checked. Seems like it is difficult to get all of a sudden - never encountered that before for this type of product. Does anyone have any recommendations for other B Complex Vitamins that are just as good as the Jarrow brand?
