Directions
Based on taste preference, mix one scoop of Nectar Sweets per 8 ounces of water or milk. For those with lower protein needs, one half scoop may be consumed with 4 ounces of water or milk. This is great if you love Vanilla flavor. However it does leave a slightly bitter aftertaste. It also has a lighter texture is is not quite as satisfying as some of the other protein shakes that I have tried.

on a daily bases i'm on the run, can't get the foods i need. i sing, i'm all over the world, different cultures, different foods. I've tried so many different protein powders (Jay Robb, EAS, Muscle Milk, Isopure, etc.) and this brand/flavor is by far the best tasting I've ever tried. Simply mixing it in water or almond milk in a shaker cup, there are absolutely NO lumps, clumps or chalky residue. Also, the flavor is amazing and contains real vanilla bean. So yummy! I definitely recommend this brand and the dessert flavors:)

I am really impressed with the Nectar protein mix. I love that you only have to mix it in 4 oz of liquid. It mixes so well and is not lumpy or gritty. I use 4 oz of milk. You can add any flavoring to the vanilla which gives you more of a variety of flavors. It also tastes great on it's own. This is a wonderful product for gastric bypass patients since it only requires four ounces of liquid.
