Directions
For the first 5 days, take 2 servings (2 scoops) immediately after you work out. If you are not working out that day, have the first serving in the morning when you wake up and the second serving 12 hours later. Do not exceed 2 servings in a 24-hour period. For subsequent days, take 1 serving (1 scoop) immediately after you work out. If you are not working out that day, have your serving in the morning when you wake up. Preparation: Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) of Six Star® Professional Strength Creatine with 6 oz. of cold water and consume immediately. For best results, use for 8 weeks. Note: To maintain product freshness, store in a cool, dry place. This product is sold by weight, so some settling may occur. Shake container before use.

Mixes easily with water either in a shaker bottle or using a spoon to stir. Tastes great, moderate serving size, and works wonderfully. I've seen nice gains in the two months i've used it. I went from a pill form to this powder form and prefer it much more.

I barely starting to use this product hopefully it works out like most reviews doesn have a good taste kinda sandy taste and doesnt seem to mix quite well milk kinda taste like a shake milky would taste better if it tastes like gatorade or something will see how it works

I have been using plain micronized creatine until now. I have been unhappy with the fact that it's like drinking sandy water that won't stay mixed! This product mixes completely and tastes great! Sure it's real sweet, but it tastes like fruit punch cool aid, that's just the nature of it to help it absorb. And NO sand as you drink it!
I seem to be getting fast results, I've had some minor gains since starting on the product and it's only been a short time. I didn't do the loading phase since I felt that I was already loaded from the other product.
My other product instructed taking the suppliment before my workout, this one says immediately afterwards.
My other product was a heaping spoonful that gave you 5g, this is a scooper and gives you 8g plus other ingredients. I can however see this using up much quicker. 2# is supposed to provide only 20 servings. In contrast, the other product lasted longer but was 1.5 times the cost.
I'd recommend giving it a try!

I've used several creatine products and this is by far the best. It taste really good doesn't taste like creatine and really helps your workout. Good pumps and you can see results fast. All my weights went up , I recommend usage to anyone interesting in promoting a good workout.

This is one of my favorite creatine supplements out there not only for the wonderful taste along side the easily dissoluble powder, but i saw intense gains from this product. I felt stronger and faster then ever before if i could this is one of the best creatines out there probably competing against bodytech's version. The only thing that bodytech has over this is that their amount of servings to cost. Overall i would highly recommend this for a beginner to moderate gym go-e

this has to be the best thing i have took since i started working out. i was hesitant at first because i never heard of six star but i fell in love. after the first loading week i notice size gains. i been on this for 2 months and i was going to try another brand of creatine mix but none had half the things this does such as ethyl ester,taurinate,anhydrous and a NO activator if u plan on getting a creatine mix this is it taste great and mixes instantly

Six star creatine is very affordable and actually works, when i started using it i saw results within 2 weeks with hard training and my mom and brothers were asking me if i was on steroids, My arms blew and i gained weigh quickly, I now weigh 170lbs and hope to soon hit 190lbs by the summer time with this amazing product. Of course all products varies on results but with the right diet hard training and creatine results are always there.
