I prefer liquid vitamins over chewable or pill form. I have recently joined the vegan/vegetarian movement, and I want to make sure that my dietary needs are being met. This definitely will change how you feel on the inside, but the taste is one to be aquired. I simply pour a capful in a tall glass of water and chug, everyday. Funny thing though, it does make your pee a neon, highlighter yellow.

I cannot start the day without my Source Of Life Liquid Vitamin. It gives me just the boost I need to kick start the day and keeps me going. If I need a little extra energy during the day I can take a little more and I'm off again. Better than any of those "energy drinks."

I was looking for a supplement that I would want to continue taking after my "I am going to start taking vitamins again" cycle wore off. I think that I have found it! Not only do you get essential vitamins and minerals you get concentrated whole foods. The color could be considered offensive and needs to be overlooked. The taste is much better than other liquid vitamins that I have tried -to me it tastes like a vitamin C chewable and it does not smell foul like some of the other brands. This is an easy and quick way to help keep your body healthy- give it a try!

I recently had a setback with a recurring illness that I haven't had in 18 months. After getting over the main symptoms, I still was not 100% and felt rundown. I've had a hard time choosing the right vitamine for my kids for so long. I finally found the most nutretious one. Source of Life Vitamins are delicious, my kids actally look forwards to taking every day. This multivitamin absorbs quickly into your body and tastes good. If you have difficulty swallowing large "horse pill" type pills, liquid vitamins are the best. My doctor even said liquid type vitamin supplements are better than taking pills. I do use a small amount of orange juice, then add this, acqi berry and liquid glucosamine.
